Push your limits. We’ve got the safety handled.

Rush is structured adrenaline: real challenge, seriously managed. Safety is one of our core values, and it’s what lets you go big. This page shows exactly how we run it, proof, not promises.

The short version. Our marshals are trained to international lifeguarding standards and watch every session. Every guest reviews our safety video on every visit and gets a marshal briefing before jumping. Our courts are checked daily, logged digitally and independently inspected. Trained first aiders are on the floor at every session.

How we marshal every session

The biggest thing that keeps a trampoline park safe is how well it’s watched, so we built our marshal coverage on international lifeguarding gold standards. We staff every session so marshals can scan their zone within 10 seconds and reach anyone who needs help within 20, with more marshals on the floor as the park fills up. Someone is always watching. That’s the point.

Trampoline park safety standards we build to

Our trampolines, courts and equipment run through a layered inspection schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) covering preventative maintenance and immediate fixes. Every check is signed off by a Park Manager or Supervisor and logged digitally.

Our courts and equipment are built and maintained in line with international trampoline and equipment standards, ASTM F2970 (US) and EN 13219 / EN 15567 (Europe), and independently inspected each year.

If someone gets hurt: what actually happens

Fast eyes mean fast care. Because marshals spot trouble in seconds, trained first aiders are on it straight away. For anything more serious, we have standing agreements with local private ambulance services, and we keep parents in the loop the whole way. Every incident, however small, is documented and reviewed each quarter.

The crew running your session

We hold our team to high standards: all crew members complete safeguarding training and are vetted through standard police background checks. Our leadership hold advanced first aid, we train first aiders in-house, and refresh that training every month. The marshals on your court know exactly what they’re doing.

Before you jump

Every guest reviews our safety video on each visit and gets a marshal briefing before jumping, so everyone knows how to push their limits safely. The rules are simple and every one of them earns its place: grip socks on, one person per trampoline, no flips unless a marshal clears you, follow the crew. That’s how you go big without going down.

Your questions, answered

Adrenaline sport carries risk, that’s part of what makes it worth doing, and we manage that risk hard rather than pretend it isn’t there. Marshals watching every second, courts checked and logged daily, clear rules like one-per-trampoline and no uncleared flips, first aiders on the floor, and a written follow-up on every incident.

Our courts and equipment are built and maintained in line with international trampoline standards, ASTM F2970 and EN 13219 / EN 15567, and independently inspected each year. We hold a documented standard whether or not anyone’s checking.

It’s standard for any adrenaline venue, and it does two honest things: makes sure you understand the sport carries risk, and lets our crew act fast in a medical situation. It doesn’t remove our job to run a safe, well-marshalled park.

Yes, and background-checked. Police clearance and safeguarding training before their first shift, trained first aiders on the floor at every session, leadership on advanced first aid, refreshed monthly.

Every rule exists because it prevents a known injury: one person per trampoline stops collisions, cleared flips only stops the over-reach injuries, grip socks stop slips. The rules keep the thrill and lose the hospital trip.

The honest bit

We won’t tell you nothing ever goes wrong in an adrenaline sport, because that wouldn’t be true anywhere. What we will tell you is that we’ve built the park and trained the crew to make problems rare and to handle them properly when they happen. That’s the honest version, and it’s the one we stand behind.

About the waiver

Sign it online before you arrive, or at the park. A parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18. It sets out the risks of the sport plainly and lets our crew give emergency first aid if it’s ever needed.
