Flip Out/Gymnastics

Flip Out/Gymnastics At Rush, we offer 1-on-1 training (Flip Out) to teach you various skills on the trampolines, as well as more structured gymnastics-based group classes. The focus of these classes is to encourage coordination and development in our young movers. Each class will help you or your child develop the following skills:

  • Balance
  • Co-ordination
  • Agility
  • Left and right motor receptors

We understand the importance of movement and being active, and these classes are designed to fulfill those needs. As you progress in each class, our instructors will encourage and teach you to complete tricks at your own pace. These classes are highly inclusive and allow you to grow into your skills as you go. In addition to these amazing benefits, they will also significantly boost your child’s confidence.
