Rush Flip Out
Rush Flip Out classes are for those who want to flip, twist, & Rush! If you have ever liked the thought of giving yourself or your child the opportunity to FLY, it starts here at RUSH Flip Out.
With Adult, teen and child coordination and development in mind, we train to achieve the following:
- Left and right motor receptors helping the child react faster to prevent accidents
As you develop in each class our instructors will encourage and teach you to complete tricks at your own pace such as back flips, jump twists and how to land a flip or twist.
Our Flip out Trainers will teach you how to move off the walls and floor all while having a blast of a time.
*Parents are welcome to watch from inside the park and participate in the first lesson, but then there after we ask them to not be present in the training.
The high performance freestyle coaching offers an extreme jumping experience. These powerful trampolines have been specifically designed to achieve maximum rebound. The stunt walls let you climb high and, if you’re brave enough, launch yourself onto the performance trampolines, and attempt freestyle flips and tricks, mastering the high performance freestyle arena takes courage, but if you’re brave enough to give it a go you won’t be disappointed.

If you arrive without a duly signed, completed waiver, we won’t be able to admit you (so hit the button above to get that sorted now). The waiver is on the waiver icon tab located on the right hand side of the page.
Rush Socks are compulsory and cost R40 a pair, but you can re-use them each time you come subject to safety approval.
