At Rush we want parents to relax, put their feet up while we entertain the kids and ensure they have the best time! We cater for 10-60 jumpers and will take care of the setup and clean up. You are welcome to bring along your birthday cake, cupcakes, and party packs. Please note no outside food, balloons or alcohol can be brought into the park. Additional catering options are available upon booking.

Some frequently asked questions and answers concerning our birthday parties include

How do I book?

To book you are required to complete a waiver for yourself including your child/children by selecting the ‘Waiver’ tab on top of the screen then proceed to ‘Book now’ to complete booking. Minimum payment of R3000 for 10 guests including the birthday child is needed upon booking.

When must numbers be confirmed by?

Party numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the day of the party. If you arrive on the day with less numbers you will be charged as per you confirmed booking. If you wish to increase numbers please let us know as soon as possible. While we will always endeavour to accommodate, your request, it may not always be possible as we have a restriction on numbers for safety purposes and to ensure that all customers enjoy their experience.

Is there a minimum number for parties?

The minimum number for a party is 10 people. We can however cater for parties of 40+ if required.

When should I order the party food?

Please advise us of your refreshment order when you book your party, which can be done either online or telephonically. You are welcome to amend your order up to 7 days prior to the day of the party, after which your order cannot be amended. You can order extra refreshments if required. Please see our party food menus and price list.

Do parents need to stay at the party?

The birthday parents are required to stay at the party and we request one additional adult per five children so if you have 15 children we expect the parents and one other adult to be present. Most importantly please note that the parent(s) hosting the party are responsible for the children attending the party from the time they arrive until they have been collected by their own parent(s) / guardian(s). Parents must also be present in the party room when refreshments and the party food is being served.

Can younger siblings participate on the trampolines?

If the party boy / girl has younger brothers / sisters they can join in if they are over 4 years of age. Please ensure that this policy is strictly adhered to. The siblings will be charged as normal party guests.

Can the party be started in the party room?

As full tummies and jumping are not an ideal mix, the party begins on the trampolines and the refreshments is served afterwards in the party room.

Do you assist with the party?

You will be assigned a dedicated party host to ensure that all runs smoothly and you the parents have an opportunity to relax and enjoy the party. Parents must be present in the party room when refreshments are being served.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 7 days prior to your party booking date, but can be amended or refunded up to 7 days before the actual party. We accept cash, credit and debit card but please note that we do NOT accept payment by cheque.

What is your cancellation policy for birthday parties?

Parties can be amended or cancelled anytime up to 7 days before the scheduled event without any charges. If you cancel within 7 days, your refund will be subject to a late cancellation charge of R1300. (If you book within the 7 day period the booking cannot be cancelled / moved without incurring a late cancellation charge of R1300).
