Getting children to enjoy exercise can sometimes be difficult, but with children's obesity rates rising, we need to make a change.
Trampolining is exercise in disguise. Kids love it and it gives a low impact, low stress workout with little or no strain on the joints but is one of the most efficient, effective forms of exercise known to man. According to NASA Scientists a 10 minute jumping session provides the equivalent benefits of a 30 minute run and is 68% more effective.
We offer the perfect arena for your pupils to get active, either through simply jumping on the main courts, practicing their gymnastic skills on our tumble tracks and foam pit, playing a team sport on one of our specially designed dodgeball courts, practising their ball coordination skills in the basketball slam dunk lanes or learning more advanced trampolining skills, twists and turns on our high performance trampolines.
We welcome children of all school ages from 5-18. Trampolining is a perfect opportunity for children to develop their motor skills and confidence in a safe environment.
In a single session we can host up to 100 children and can cater a session to meet your specific needs. Our experienced, fully trained and first aid qualified staff are there to help you engage, enthuse and supervise your pupils.
Remember, a Rush liability waiver is required for each jumper (those under 16 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian). If you arrive without a complete waiver, we won't be able to admit you (so hit the button above to get that sorted now). Rush Socks are compulsory and cost R30 a pair, but you can use them each time you come subject to safety approval.
