The First Rush South African Indoor Trampoline Park due to open its doors in Cape Town

20 April 2015 – Rush Indoor Trampoline Parks have been popping up all around the world recently. Bakersfield, California and Athens, Georgia are the two most recent with another Rush park scheduled to open in the United Kingdom later in the year.

Rush will open in Claremont (Cape Town) at Stadium on Main and will be the first in a range of Rush parks planned to be opened by Co-Owners Jonathan and Chanette Goosen and Golden House Management in South Africa.

The South African based Goosens', will be opening the Rush doors in July 2015, with more sites planned for 2015 and early 2016. Inside the 21,000 square foot facility, Rush (Cape Town) will have over 12,000 square feet of wall-to-wall, interconnected trampolines, two dodgeball courts, three basketball slam dunk lanes, a gigantic foam pit, a battle beam and multiple party rooms for children’s birthday parties. Parents and non-participating guests can relax in the viewing gallery and coffee shop.

Rush will welcome adults, teens, and kids of all ages and offer a wide range of activities, from open jumping, birthday parties, toddler time, after school activities, cheerleading sessions, teenage lock-down nights, school/university groups and holiday camps to high performance trampolining, dodgeball, and corporate team building events.

On why Jonathan and Chanette decided to launch the Rush parks throughout South Africa, Jonathan and Chanette Goosen said “After starting a family and having two kids, we decided to look for a new business opportunity that would allow us to follow our passions in sport and fitness whilst including our kids and having fun with our kids at the same time. We understand very well the benefits of keeping both kids and adults active, and so the idea of offering a new indoor activity that could appeal to all ages under the same roof was the driving force behind starting Rush SA. Trampolining is “Exercise in Disguise”!! It’s not only a very effective form of exercise, but more importantly it is a lot of fun and it will give you a “RUSH”! Being parents ourselves, we know that the most important consideration for all parents is the safety of their kids, and at Rush SA, safety is of paramount importance to the way we run our business. Every Rush SA park will adhere to the highest safety standards possible in order to give parents the piece of mind that their kids can have fun safely! There are so many different activities available to everyone at Rush SA! We know that our kids are going to love it. Our daughter, Carmon, has already asked to have her next birthday party at Rush!!”

Rush Cape Town is located at Stadium on Main, 109 Main Road, Claremont, Cape Town and will be offering launch promotions and updates in the run up to opening day.
