How old do you have to be to jump?
Rush is available to all ages. We have special toddler sessions for kids aged 4 and under Monday to Friday first two hours of the weekday morning. You must be 13 years or older to attend any session without adult supervison.
Is there a weight limit?
All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and are subject to the age and weight restrictions (125kg) for each activity as indicated at time of booking
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are always welcome and typically we are able to accommodate you. However, on weekends and holidays we do sell out. You can pre-book your slot by booking online and paying once you check in.
I don't have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?
You can only pay at the venue, and book online, please note that if you have not checked in and paid 30 minutes prior to your slot, you will lose you're booking time slot.
Large Group bookings?
For large bookings you will be requested from Rush to make a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
Is my booking refundable or transferable?
You are entitled to transfer your booking subject to Rush receiving your request for transfer at least 48 hours before the booked starting time. Any requests for transfers must be made via email to Claremont (email@example.com), Greenstone (firstname.lastname@example.org). Note: No booking cancellations accepted.
You are entitled to cancel a party booking subject to Rush receiving your request for cancellation at least 7 days before the booked date.
Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card or, if the card has subsequently expired, by bank transfer. Payments made by Gift Voucher will be refunded by the issuing of a replacement Gift Voucher to the same value. (Admin fee may be charged)
When do I need to arrive?
Please ensure you turn up 40 minutes ahead of your pre-booked time slot.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, tracksuits, and t-shirts. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are allowed on trampolines. All jumpers must wear Rush non-slip trampoline socks while jumping. No jewellery is permitted while jumping.
What happens if I'm late?
Rush will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that you and your party's participation commences at the time booked. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive according to the prescribed arrival times.
If we are busy then you will only be able to use the remaining time of your booked time slot. During quieter periods we will endeavour to accomodate you as close to your preferred time as possible.
Very late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. (T&C's Apply)
Can I bring food from outside?
To maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the park, we ask that you do not bring in any outside food or drinks. We have a coffee shop and a vending machine is available to keep your hunger at bay.
What other events are held at Rush?
We have birthday parties, private parties, Rush cosmic nights, corporate events, after school club activities, themed nights, team building and year end functions.
What activities can I participate in at Rush?
We have a fun main court, 2 tumble lanes, a dodgeball court, an extreme dodgeball court, foam pits, 3 slam dunk courts, fidget ladder, balancing beam and more.
Can I call and make a reservation?
Yes, although it is much easier if you make a reservation online (click Book Now) for an event or party.

What happens if I lose my socks?
You can buy extra socks for R25
Why do I need Rush Socks?
Rush non-slip socks must be worn by all jumpers for both safety and hygiene purposes. Once purchased, they are yours to keep and can be use again on repeat visits, subject to safety approval.
Can someone else's parent complete a waiver for me?
Yes, the guardian making the booking will be responsible for completing the waivers for all the children under 18 who will be using the facilities.
Must I sign a waiver?
Yes, everyone who jumps is required to sign a waiver. Those under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. Waivers are valid for a 12 months period. Permission by phone or email is not accepted.
Do you have lockers?
Rush has a number of lockers available for the storage of valuables, phones etc. These are offered on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes, for groups of 10 or more a discount applies.
Is Rush safe?
We have trained staff, extensive safety rules and all park equipment is designed for safety. Trampoline jumping is comparable in risk to other extreme sports the like of skateboarding, snow skiing, ice hockey and football. It is important that if you decide to participate in our exciting elements, you do so only within your ability and do not attempt advanced manoeuvres or antics which you have not previously mastered. A recent study of trampoline parks across the US found an injury incident rate of 0.02%, with the most common injuries being trampoline burns and bruises. Trampoline Parks have a higher safety rate than any other competitive sport. Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are minimal.
Do you have Wifi?
Yes, Wifi is free for all. Be sure to check-in and share your photos and videos using #RushClaremont & #RushGreenstone
Do you have parking?
There is ample safe and secure parking at Rush. Be sure to have your ticket stamped at the door so you can pay the Rush discounted flat free rate of R10 at the exit.

When is your peak time?
Our peak times start at 17:00 on Fridays and run until 19:00 on Sundays. School and Public Holidays are also considered peak times as well.
Do you offer classes?
Yes, we offer Cardio-Rush Fitness Classes, Toddler Sessions, High Performance Coaching sessions and Tumble Sessions. More details of these activities are available on our Activities page.
Can my children come and jump without a parent or guardian?
Anyone 13 or over may jump without a parent or guardian present. However, all children under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian. The waiver is available on the waiver icon tab located on the right hand side of the page.
Do I have to complete a waiver every time I come to jump?
No. Once a waiver has been completed, it is valid for 12 months.
I don't want to jump, is there somewhere I can wait for my children?
Good news! If you plan on coming down but don't want to take part, we have a coffee shop, a viewing area and free Wi-Fi hotspot. Only people using the trampolines will be charged the admission price.
Do you have wheelchair access?
There is wheelchair access to the building but not to partake in jumping. For more information, feel free to contact Rush via phone or email.
When is the last admission?
The last jumping session will begin the hour before our listed closing time.
When is the first open jump session in the day?
The first jumping session is from our listed opening time. Please look online to see availability for each hour. We strongly suggest that you book online to guarantee you being able to jump!
Can I get to Rush using public transport?
Yes. If you get the train to Cape Town Station, buses leave from Station Interchange on a regular basis, and there are a number of routes that reach us. For more detailed information,

How do I book?
Book online or email Claremont Bookings email@example.com Greenstone Mall Bookings firstname.lastname@example.org to make a booking. Please note a, deposit payable by either credit/debit card is required upon booking in order to confirm your party in our booking system.
When must numbers be confirmed by?
Party numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the day of the party. If you arrive on the day with less numbers you will be charged for the number of people on the booking. If you wish to increase numbers please let us know as soon as possible as, while we always attempt to accommodate, it may not always be possible as we restrict numbers for safety purposes and an enhanced customer experience.
Is there a minimum number for parties?
The minimum numbers for a party is 8 people. We can cater for parties of 40+ if required.
When should I order party food?
Please advise us of your order when you book your party, either online or telephonically. You are welcome to amend your food order up to 7 days prior to the day of the party, after which your order cannot be amended. You can order extra food if required – please refer to our party food menus and price list.
Do we provide the party invitations?
No, you are welcome to do your own.
Do parents need to stay at the party?
The birthday parents are required to stay at the party and we request one adult per five children so if you have 15 children we expect the a total of 3 adults to be present at all times. Most importantly please note that the parent(s) hosting the party are responsible for the wellbeing of the children attending the party until they have been collected by their own parent(s) / guardian(s). Parents must also be present in the party room when refreshments and the party food is being served.
Can younger siblings participate on the trampolines?
If the party boy / girl has younger brothers / sisters they can join in if they are over 4 years of age. Please note that this policy is strictly adhered to. The siblings will be charged as normal party guests.
Can the party be started in the party room?
As full tummies and jumping are not an ideal mix, the party begins on the trampolines and the food is served afterwards in the party room.
Do you assist with the party?
You will be assigned a dedicated party host to ensure that all runs smoothly and you the parents have an opportunity to relax and enjoy the party. Parents must be present in the party room when refreshments and the party food is being served.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due 7 days before the booked date. Party package can be amended or refunded up to 7 days before the actual party. We accept cash, credit and debit card but please note that we do NOT accept payment by cheque.
What is your cancellation policy for birthday parties?
Parties can be amended or cancelled anytime up to 7 days before the scheduled event without charge. If you cancel within 7 days, your refund will be subject to a late cancellation charge of R1300. (If you book within the 7 day period the booking cannot be cancelled / moved without incurring a late cancellation charge of R1300).
